Bishop Thomas Tobin could be known for his outspoken stances and wasn't afraid to take to social media to amplify his message or respond to critics. Earlier this week [Pope Francis accepted Tobin's resignation]( paving the way for Richard Henning to assume the role. Recently, The Journal's Katie Landeck sat down with Henning to get a glimpse into what to expect from the new leader of the state's Diocese.
