As recreational marijuana became a reality there was likely visions of stacks of cash and wealth to be had from those inside the industry, but almost five months in that doesn't appear to be the case. Not that there isn't plenty of pot to go around. The state's growers are finding they're flush with marijuana for a variety of reasons, one of them has something to do with an inequity in state law that allows out-of-state dispensaries to advertise outdoors while Rhode Island pot shops are prohibited.
