[The Journal's Amy Russo has a story this morning]( on what's next for former Congressman James Langevin, who didn't seek reelection this fall and wrapped up a 22-year career in Congress, will become a visiting scholar in political science at the University of Rhode Island and a senior fellow at Brown University's Watson Institute of International and Public Affairs.
