In a Warwick group I'm a member of, the running joke anytime someone poses the question of what's being built at the latest development comes with responses claiming it will be either a bank, a gas station or a dollar store. And while that may be the case — I mean let's be honest there does seem to be a lot those three being built these days — there are plenty of other projects not related to these industries rising from empty lots around Rhode Island.
