Among the topics Amy noted Smiley addressed is the rising of illegal vehicles on city streets. "The new mayor vowed to 'stop illegal ATVs and motorcycles' and address noise pollution — which in some neighborhoods has the potential to create serious public health risks," Amy reported. It was a busy day for Amy on Monday, as in addition to Smiley's ceremony, [she covered the swearing-in of the new Providence City Council.]( [Council] Providence's new City Council is sworn in.
