I have a very dear friend and former co-worker who is facing a breast cancer battle. In fact, she goes in next Tuesday for a mastectomy. So far, the only positive I can see in all of this is that it has made all of the women around her re-evaluate their own health – and make sure their mammograms are up-to-date. My friend knew that she was high risk, and because of that, she underwent more frequent testing. Thankfully, the doctors caught her cancer very early, and they expect that she will make a full recovery. Now imagine if those at high risk had an even BETTER and QUICKER way to determine if they have cancer. Good news? They do. And it's not just for movie stars who live in Hollywood.
