[] They seemingly invaded store shelves in the 80’s… But did you know the technology had been around, in one form or another, for decades before that? What really pushed barcodes into the mainstream was adoption by major retailers. And seemingly overnight, barcodes were everywhere. The same thing has happened with lots of technologies: Cars, microwaves, the telephone. They’re around for a long time before suddenly, something kicks mainstream adoption into overdrive. I believe we’re seeing that with Bitcoin today. The last 4 weeks in particular have major financial institutions doing an about-face on the digital asset. You don’t have to understand the headlines below to know that something big is happening to Bitcoin: [] Kind of like Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer, it’s finally being welcomed in from the cold by the very institutions that used to ignore it and call it names. It may not feel like much right now. Your life 4 weeks ago might not be very different than it is today. But the fact that these huge institutions are throwing their weight behind Bitcoin will have profound effects on this digital asset. Just by the sheer power of infrastructure and increased accessibility… When the masses can invest in and use Bitcoin without having to go outside of traditional financial channels, interest will explode. And, to my way of thinking, price will follow. That’s part of the reason why I’ve staked over $213,000 of my own family’s money in Bitcoin. But it’s not just a buy and hold play. (Some people are doing that, but it’s not as efficient.) I’ve got several patterns that I’ve studied over the years that lead me to believe that Bitcoin is going to absolutely explode over the coming months.
