The GOP is rigging the next election as we speak

These bills disproportionately target people of color and are an assault on the American ideal of “one person, one vote.” What these extremist Republicans are doing is shameful, but they continue their crusade because they have no other way to win. By rigging the system, right-wing fanatics will keep winning elections even as their voting base shrinks. And every time a Republican wins, that means more tax cuts for wealthy corporations, more conservative judges striking down progressive legislation, and further erosion of the rule of law.
