Hi {NAME}, Washington Post: “If the Senate were to confirm a Trump nominee, the court would become more conservative than it has been since 1950.” Even if the hypocritical Republicans in the Senate vote to create a dangerous conservative majority on the Supreme Court, it doesn’t have to stay that way. There’s nothing in the Constitution that mandates the Supreme Court have only nine justices. In fact, the Supreme Court has seen its size change seven times over its history -- sometimes having as few as five justices or as many as ten. The bold idea to expand the size of the Supreme Court after winning in November -- allowing President Biden to appoint anywhere from 4 to 6 new justices -- is now being considered by a coalition of progressives. Some are dismissive of the notion, calling it radical, while others hold that it’s Republicans who got us here, and that this is the only way to prevent conservatives from commanding a rock-solid 6-3 majority for the next several decades. We’re reaching out to you to see where you stand on what is and isn’t fair in the GOP’s America. Tell us what you think: Do you support Democrats adding seats to the Supreme Court? [YES]( [NO]( Thank you for participating in our survey. Progressive Majority PAC [TAKE THE POLL]( Progressive Majority PAC is leading the fight against Trump's dangerous and divisive agenda by helping elect progressive Democrats to Congress and protecting the gains we made in the midterms. This movement is powered by progressives like you. Progressive Majority PAC 410 1st St, SE Suite 310 Washington, DC 20003 Paid for by Progressive Majority PAC [Unsubscribe](
