Thank you for your participation in our nationwide auctions during the Covid pandemic this past year

Thank you for your participation in our nationwide auctions during the Covid pandemic this past year. Nashville, Tennessee Benton Harbor, Michigan Houston, Texas New Haven, Connecticut Brea, California St. Petersburg, Florida Mahwah, New Jersey Milwaukie, Oregon Kansas City, Missouri York, Pennsylvania Newton, New Jersey Naples, Florida As the nation's largest auction reseller of Print Industry equipment we're pleased to report that as we complete this challenging year, auctions prices are currently unaffected and with the continued implementation of nationwide vaccinations the "new norm" will prevail. Unfortunately, many of our clients were impacted financially as many of the industries they supplied were partially or completely shut down by Covid. Changing consumer habits in this new world of electronic commerce along with the significant movement in digital, has created many bankruptcy filings and reorganizations. Although the headlines cover the major players involved in these transactions, the same activity, although on smaller transactions, was happening much more frequently throughout the rest of the industry and it's in those areas we would like to offer our services. We welcome the opportunity of confidentially reviewing any interest you may have in selling one or more assets or any other asset sale of your business in its entirety or by components. THE NEED FOR APPRAISAL UPDATES Our appraisal values are constantly being adjusted for the technological transition the print & packaging industry has and will continue to undergo. In the past 3 to 5 years many lenders and printers have not updated appraisals only to find that current values in many cases can be down as much as 30-50%. We provide unique certified and guaranteed appraisals which in many cases will make the difference in a company obtaining a loan or not- at the least we recommend a desktop appraisal. FINDERS FEES If you hear or know of a plant closing just give us a call- appropriate finders fees are paid. ESTABLISHED CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS Over the past 35 years, one or more of our staff visit on average at least 1 to 2 customer plants every week. These long term & new relationships create credibility that converts many of these clients who typically would not buy at auctions into auction buyers. These efforts move us to a valued level beyond transactional. PRINT TESTING We are one of the only companies that provide buyers the opportunity to conduct full print tests prior to auction. Print testing in a closed plant presents many problems that our in-house staff can overcome - print testing can represent as much as 15-25% additional revenue to our clients. ESTABLISHED LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH OEMS Our personnel individually are some of the most experienced in the industry covering all phases of the printing industry from working on the floor to ownership – the majority grew up working in the print industry – our staff has also worked directly for many of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (Heidelberg, Komori, Mitsubishi, Ryobi, etc.) INDUSTRY RECOGNITION We believe the greatest testimony as to our industry recognition is the repeat utilization of our services by leading financial institutions, printers of all sizes, and OEMS. THE BOTTOM LINE - $$$ Our time-tested programs utilizing the most experienced uniquely qualified team in the industry continually result in the highest resale prices in the industry. --------------------------------------------------------------- Call Now to Inquire About Our Services!
