St. Patrick's day is a week away, so two ideas for that, plus a quick one for a busy night ‌

St. Patrick's day is a week away, so two ideas for that, plus a quick one for a busy night  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  [Logo](%2F%2Fwww.pressurecookingtoday.com/1/0100018e28415f90-ad887092-da10-4c2d-95f8-d98d740be4c0-000000/Kn9574OWPlCAff9JVZeFg_dWFys=364)  Three cheeses combine with hearty sausage, plus beans, tomatoes, and classic Tex-mex toppings! [A tight photo of a light gray speckled bowl filled with rich brown steel cut oats, shredded carrots, almonds, and raisins.] You're going to love this creamy [loaded queso dip](%2F%2Fwww.pressurecookingtoday.com%2Fhomemade-loaded-queso%2F/1/0100018e28415f90-ad887092-da10-4c2d-95f8-d98d740be4c0-000000/gL3m7Af_9_TBZGRxdVsN2qUO5d0=364)! Serve it as an appetizer during a get-together (like the upcoming basketball tournament) or let it stand alone as a full meal.  Making it in a pressure cooker lets you brown the meat, then it's hands-off until it's ready!  [If you try it, please leave a comment on the post to let us know what you think!](%2F%2Fwww.pressurecookingtoday.com%2Fpressure-cooker-carrot-cake-oatmeal%2F/1/0100018e28415f90-ad887092-da10-4c2d-95f8-d98d740be4c0-000000/cHa1-MdOIzlz_MbKdsjjXrk5oZM=364) If needed, you can copy and paste this link into your browser: [A light gray rectangle with a diamond shaped photo on the right and text on the left that reads ] - [Corned Beef & Cabbage](%2F%2Fwww.pressurecookingtoday.com%2Fpressure-cooker-corned-beef-and-cabbage%2F/1/0100018e28415f90-ad887092-da10-4c2d-95f8-d98d740be4c0-000000/9Wl4e9_HRr8EecwTXBMlDP3rNaw=364) is a St. Patrick's Day favorite, with a 90-minute cook time. And the best part is that most of the time is totally hands-off, thanks to your pressure cooker!  - [Guinness Stew](%2F%2Fwww.pressurecookingtoday.com%2Fguinness-stew%2F/1/0100018e28415f90-ad887092-da10-4c2d-95f8-d98d740be4c0-000000/Q-hZ-7OK7U-TxUXzt2BDrCrJu8E=364) is a hearty favorite made with a rich, stout-infused broth. A reader recently shared a tip: he uses instant potatoes as a thickener in place of the flour! It's on my list to try!  - For an easy weeknight meal, try this [Rigatoni Pasta](%2F%2Fwww.pressurecookingtoday.com%2Frigatoni-pasta%2F/1/0100018e28415f90-ad887092-da10-4c2d-95f8-d98d740be4c0-000000/saxpZNh7BO58uu7SVX4i8nu59HI=364) dish, made with ground pork, jarred pasta sauce, and a blend of Italian spices. Luna is looking up at the camera] Pupdate 🐾 This past weekend, one of Luna's favorite friends, Link, slept over for a few days.  Luna spent about 50% of the time doing play bows trying to get a chase game started. The other 50% of the time, she spent trying to steal Link's bed, playing with Link's toys, and making sure that she got at least as many pets as Link.  It was a great time!
