But I REALLY do not love back-to-back-to-back-to-back busy nights.  I've been referring to this post constantly this month, so I thought I'd share it in case you need some go-to quick recipes like I do. [SEE THE RECIPES](%2F%2Fwww.pressurecookingtoday.com%2Fquick-pressure-cooker-dinners%2F%23roundup/1/0100018c77e1dbe1-101c4456-c371-43ad-b294-e18c97368d4b-000000/uwm_nUdXiX0-Y_B3iuR4KRh5g1c=352) If the button isn't working for you, you can copy and paste this link into your browser:  [Pupdate 🐾] [Image item] Luna is getting really good at walking on two paws. We'll say UP, and she can stay up, without jumping, for a surprisingly long amount of time.  In this photo, Luna is standing in front of my favorite Christmas possession: a little red bookcase that holds all of our Christmas stories. Our collection started with some board books when my oldest was small, and over the years, we've added our favorite picture books and chapter books.  Luna, however, is not a fan of all this reading we're doing. When I start reading to the kids, she'll jump in my lap, lick the covers of the books, and try to wiggle her head in front of the pages. It's enough that I have to assign one of the kids to be in charge of Luna while we're reading.  But eventually she does calm down and curls up in a snuggle. And there, surrounded by my kids and all wrapped up in the story, is when my most magical Christmas memories are made.  As always, thank you for your support and for visiting Pressure Cooking Today! Have a wonderful week!  [Image item](%2F%2Fwww.pressurecookingtoday.com%2Fabout%2F/1/0100018c77e1dbe1-101c4456-c371-43ad-b294-e18c97368d4b-000000/-SBlzeRN7LwMTtvgFjRRXMP6aoo=352) Jenn (left) and Barbara (right) are the mother-daughter team behind Pressure Cooking Today.  [Instagram](%2F%2Fwww.instagram.com%2Fpressurecookingtoday%2F/1/0100018c77e1dbe1-101c4456-c371-43ad-b294-e18c97368d4b-000000/hLOxmXX_a6ZX56OS5N5hTcyiG5E=352) [Facebook](%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FPressureCookingToday/1/0100018c77e1dbe1-101c4456-c371-43ad-b294-e18c97368d4b-000000/xSFOX1n1Q6OHJnabaLqzHKRSoq0=352) [Pinterest](%2F%2Fpin.it%2F5m8Y8et/1/0100018c77e1dbe1-101c4456-c371-43ad-b294-e18c97368d4b-000000/X4_DKN5xV_6burugAROR1DN9_f8=352) [Youtube](%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fc%2FPressureCookingToday%2Fvideos/1/0100018c77e1dbe1-101c4456-c371-43ad-b294-e18c97368d4b-000000/UnBk0ZXjXnFcZ25WEocXsmLCfzE=352) [5526 West 13400 South #524 Herriman, UT 84096, USA](#) [Unsubscribe]( or [Manage Preferences]( Â
