We played for a long time, until she was panting and laying in the grass, so I let her rest and walked to the slide (about 10 feet away) to watch my kids' tricks. In the time it took for them to go down the slide twice, Luna's wagging tail and puppy dog eyes convinced three kids we'd never met before to come give her all the pets. After a minute or two, they started to walk away, so she whimpered, and they immediately went back to petting her and talking to her. This picture, above, is when I told Luna to let her new friends go back to the swings, and she was watching them walk away from her. I've never met a dog who loves kids as much as she does.
