My young kids are heading back to school this week, after 18 months at home. Since I'm waaaaay out of the back-to-school routine, I made a list of my kids' favorite breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack recipes that cook up quick, so I can make them throughout the transition. I thought I'd share it for this week's post, in case it helps anyone else. (To answer the questions that may arise, it took a lot of thought, faith, and prayer to feel comfortable sending our kids to school in-person. There are several reasons it's the right thing for them, but I'm not pretending it wasn't a tough decision.
