🤖 Artificial Intelligence... for nutrition coaching?

2 big announcements inside. Two exciting bits of news for you today, {NAME}: #1. Artificial Intelligence (AI)… for nutrition coaching? Back in the Neolithic period, humans invented the wheel so they could get around a little easier. Things have changed a bit since then. 😉 Today we have AI tools like ChatGPT that can carry on full conversations, write code, and even pass the US Medical License Exam… and that’s just scratching the surface! 💡 If you’re not yet familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT… They’re basically advanced “chatbots” where you enter a question, and they churn out a specific, personalized answer within seconds. Here’s an example… We typed this into ChatGPT: “If I wanted to look cool in the 1980s, what kinds of things would I wear?” ChatGPT’s response: You would likely wear clothing that was popular during that time period. Some popular fashion trends in the 1980s included: Leg warmers, neon colors, oversized tops, high-top sneakers, and Members Only jackets... Roger that, ChatGPT!
