Hey! I’m Rebecca Vigelius. [Photo of Rebecca.]( I’m a copywriter turned Sleep & Stress Coach—and a graduate of PN’s [Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Coaching Certification](. I’ve used my newfound knowledge and credentials to change my own life—and now I get to help people around the world improve their sleep, build their stress resilience, and get incredible results in all areas of their lives. 🎥 If you're interested in hearing more about my journey and how the SSR Certification can transform your career, join me for a free webinar + Q&A on Monday, May 6 at 1 pm ET. I'll be sharing insights into how you can launch a side hustle or an entirely new career as a Holistic Sleep & Stress Coach, just like I did. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn from a real-life case study and discover the possibilities of the SSR Certification. [Register for the Webinar]( My journey started a few years ago when stress was taking a significant toll on my life. I felt tired, weak, lazy, and unmotivated… I knew I needed help. So I tried different things to feel better, including therapy. It was helpful, but I still felt off. On a whim, after getting an inside look at the [SSR Certification]( I signed up—thinking that if I took matters into my own hands, I could figure it out. Little did I know this decision would change my life. I quickly discovered how foundational sleep is to almost everything we do. My mind was blown when I learned that sleep is a skill we can actually learn and get better at. Using what I was learning in the SSR Certification, I started developing my sleep skills while focusing on learning to handle my daily stressors better. My energy, productivity, and mood have gone from feeling like a 5/10 to a 9/10 on most days. Somewhere along the way, I had an epiphany. I didn’t just want to help myself; I wanted to help others too. So after completing my [SSR Certification]( I transitioned from being a copywriter to becoming a sleep and stress coach. Yep, I’m that passionate about advocating for better quality sleep and stress resilience. It unlocks so many doors in our lives! As a new Sleep and Stress coach, the Certification has been invaluable. In addition to all the sleep, stress, and recovery information, there’s an entire unit on coaching, which has helped me tremendously. I learned the PN six-step coaching process and often refer back to it when working with clients. And the resource library is FULL of wildly helpful tools that I use again and again to help my clients get the results they desire. These days, I know I’m making a difference for people; I see it in my clients as they celebrate regular wins. Coaching gives me a deep inner sense of satisfaction, and I can’t wait to continue this journey. 🎥 Excited to dive into how the SSR Certification can revolutionize your current business or kickstart a brand-new career?
