WhatsApp looks to be [changing the way people appear in group chats](. Why does it matter? If you ever find yourself in a group with contacts you don't know, you'll be able to see who they are more easily. What's my take? Everyone gives themselves a name when they sign-in to WhatsApp, and for the most part, it's probably that person's actual name. But, in groups, unknown contacts are often just listed by numbers - until they start talking. This change to WhatsApp might mean that when you're added to a group, you have a slightly better idea of who is in it. Of course, you should also consider whether you want adding to groups, as your number is then exposed to the rest of the members. Still, for many people, they will potentially know from the off who they are talking to or sharing information with - and that might make some super groups a lot more easy to manage.  Roku OS 12 update: What's coming to your Roku device next? ROKU What's happened? Later this year, [Roku will roll out a new version of its operating system]( to Roku devices around the globe. Why does it matter? You can take a look at the updates coming along via the link above, but it looks like Roku wants to strengthen its live TV option, as well as taking another pass at discover and continue watching. There's also a redesign for the mobile app, although if you're a Roku user, you might find that you never use it. Perhaps Roku wants to draw more people into it - because there are some genuinely useful elements, like remote listening. The update will be coming down the line over the coming months for your Roku devices.  Tecno Phantom V Fold review: The most affordable flagship foldable POCKET-LINT What's happened?
