[Facebook]([Twitter]([Instagram]( [Website](  First all-electric Mini Convertible unveiled, production limited to less than 1,000 cars MINI What's happened? Mini has announced its [first all-electric Convertible](. It'll be available this April in a limited run, with just 999 cars being made for Europe and only 150 of them destined for the UK. Why does it matter? Previously touted as a one-off at the end of last year, the all-electric Mini Convertible is bound to be a much-desired addition to the brand's range. It comes in two colourways - enigmatic black or white silver - and each model has "resolute bronze" finished door handles, side scuttles and surrounds on the front and rear lights. Edition-specific, consecutive numbering can also be found on the sides and door sill trims, making each car unique. What's my take? With such a relatively short production run, the all-electric Mini Convertible will undoubtedly be popular. It goes on sale in April and we expect it won't be available for long. However, the BMW Group is bound to follow-up this special edition, numbered version with an extended run in a year or two - it just looks too darn cute not to. Let's hope that the brand will also get a wriggle on with its [electric Aceman](, which we saw in concept form in the summer of last year. And, that it ensures the customisable LED lighting panels on the exterior remai  Ikea now aims at Netatmo with Vindstyrka smart air quality monitor IKEA What's happened? After first taking on Philips Hue with new lighting options, Ikea is set to rival the likes of Netatmo and Eve with its [own smart air quality monitor](. Why does it matter? The Vindstyrka smart sensor is designed to help you keep track of indoor air pollutants, plus humidity and temperature. It can be used alone, with its own electronic display that can be lit through the touch of a button on top, or via the Ikea Home smart app for iOS and Android. What's my take? Ikea is now rapidly expanding its smart product range and it is certainly heading in the right direction as we all expand our home technology. The Vindstyrka will be available from April and works with other devices when connected to the retailer's Dirigera smart hub, including the Starkvind smart air purifier. We don't have a price for the air quality monitor yet, but it does seem to take the battle to the best-known smart home brands and could be a great alternative - especially if you've already dabbled with Ikea's smart ecosystem.  A MESSAGE FROM OUR SPONSOR What is a cloud phone system and how to set it up for your business NORDWOOD THEMES / UNSPLASH Businesses have utilised phone systems for a long time. In the past couple of years, Philips, and its OLEDs in particular, has made the move from being a TV underdog to producing some of the best sets you can buy - and often at more competitive prices than rivals. This year, the OLED+907 is looking to continue that run of success. Sitting one step down from the flagship, the OLED+937, it brings great design, solid picture processing and the now long-standing partnership with Bowers & Wilkins to the table - not to mention, of course, Philips' Ambilight technology. Our quick verdict The Philips 55OLED907 offers an outstanding picture performance almost entirely across the board. 4K HDR images are very much at home with the detail, dynamic range and colour handling this TV has to offer, though it can be a little unforgiving with some lower quality content. With all the beauty of Ambilight behind it and a very capable, very stylish Bowers & Wilkins-tuned soundbar, to boot, it's a ready-to-go entertainment package.
