Elon Musk's latest Twitter poll could [prove to be his undoing](. He asked the Twittersphere to vote whether he should step down as head of the social network company. Why does it matter? More than 16 million users voted online, with over 57 per cent of them saying "yes". What's my take? Many Twitter users are jokingly saying that Musk has pulled a "Ryback", after the former WWE wrestler posted a poll in 2021 asking which promotion he should join for an in-ring return, or whether he should retire. He also said that he would "respect the result". You can guess what happened in that case. At the time of writing, Musk hasn't responded to the result of his own poll, although his original tweet states that he will "abide by" it. So, will he genuinely install a new head of the social media network soon? Or was it just a bot-attracting episode? I'll let you decide. One thing's for sure, considering he is no longer the world's richest person, and Tesla's most recent financial results seem to be heading downhill, maybe it is time for him to refocus his energies elsewhere anyway. The cynic in me suggests that could even be the real reason behind this glorified PR stunt.  We could soon get a cheaper, ad-supported Xbox Game Pass tier POCKET-LINT What's happened? Microsoft is reportedly [considering a cheaper, ad-supported tier]( for its Xbox Game Pass service... if users want it. Why does it matter? That's according to an "official survey" that was allegedly sent to some Xbox owners, asking whether they would be willing to pay less for a version of Game Pass that strips out some features, and adds commercials when starting a game. What's my take? The survey lists a truncated version of Xbox Game Pass that offers fewer games, downloadable only, and no day-and-date releases. Games will instead be offered six-months after release. There will be no cloud access neither. However, the price touted for this tier is $2.99 a month - considerably cheaper than the $9.99 for standard Game Pass and even more so than Game Pass Ultimate, which will currently set you back $14.99. Of course, as it's just on a survey for now, there's no guarantee that it'll ever come to fruition. But, with Netflix and Disney+ launching their respective ad-supported tiers in recent times, there is at least a precedent. And, during a cost of living crisis, I can see this appealing to a wider audience - especially those with Xbox One consoles who haven't the cash to upgrade nor purchase increasingly more expensive games.  A MESSAGE FROM OUR SPONSOR Get a new Google Nest Video Doorbell at 60% off! Wahoo’s second edition of its Roam bike computer arrived on the scene back in October, and sits above Wahoo’s other offering, the excellent Bolt, in its two-tier bike computer range. While not much has changed from a design perspective, it brings with it a number of improvements, including an improved screen, more storage and dual-band GPS for better accuracy. Our quick verdict Wahoo has created a highly capable bike computer in the updated Roam. Riders who have used Wahoo head units before will immediately recognise it and fans of its equipment won’t be disappointed that it builds on what has come before.
