Nintendo is forming a joint venture company with DeNA - the developer behind Mario Kart Tour and Super Mario Run - [in a bid to expand its mobile business](. Why does it matter? Nintendo Systems Co Ltd will be split 80/20 in Nintendo's favour and will naturally continue to develop mobile titles. However, it will also look at opportunities on other "various devices". What's my take? Nintendo has some of the best IP in the gaming business, with loads of opportunities to take beloved characters and titles off the console and onto into the mobile space. But, I do wonder about whether it really wants to. We've seen a couple of titles in the past, but nothing that really jumps out and screams "mobile gaming" to me. There's a natural conflict of course - Nintendo wants people to use the Switch for mobile gaming and creating an experience on your smartphone that's too good might drive people away from its own hardware. One to watch, certainly, but I don't get the feeling we'll be getting anything as epic in scale as Activision's Call of Duty Mobile.  Now finally comes to Android TVs and devices, plus Google TV SKY / NOW What's happened? Now, the streaming service operated by Sky in the UK, is [finally available]( on Android TVs, set-top-boxes, like the Nvidia Shield, and Chromecast with Google TV. Why does it matter? This means smart TVs from numerous manufacturers now have a dedicated application for the service - including Google and Android TV sets from Philips, Sharp, Panasonic and Toshiba. What's my take? With Sky Stream having launched recently in the UK and offering a rolling contract option, there have been some questions asked over the future of Sky's other streaming option, Now. However, its proliferation across devices people already own - instead of having to add a new box under the TV - continues to make it the easiest way to access Sky programming. And its simple monthly membership plans can be paid for and cancelled at will, making it attractive to those not looking to commit over long periods. The service does need to offer 4K HDR to be complete, however. Thankfully, that's something we've been told is in the works - we just don't have a timescale at present.  A MESSAGE FROM OUR SPONSOR Create the perfect gaming setup with the Govee Glide Hexa Pro Light Panels GOVEE We all know how important it is to have a great gaming setup. Amazon owns two smart home security brands in Blink and Ring, and with them, it's seeking to attract different demographics of buyer. Ring is very much the market leader in the world of video doorbells, but its devices can be quite expensive. With Blink, Amazon can offer a lot of the same functionality but in a more affordable product that cuts some corners. Our quick verdict There were always going to be compromises with a video doorbell that massively undercuts the competition, but the good thing about Blink's Video Doorbell is that it gives you all the key features you'd expect, alongside good Amazon Alexa integration for fitting easily into your existing smart home system. [Read our review.](  In Case You Missed it MediaTek launches the [Dimensity 9200 chipset]( for next gen flagship smartphones. --- Coros announces [Apex 2 and Apex 2 Pro watches]( to rival Garmin. --- Amazon Echo Buds 2nd gen are now [$50 cheaper at $69.99](, instead of $119.99.
