Meta, the company formerly known as Facebook and Oculus, is [reportedly]( developing new hardware, including four virtual reality headsets, one of which is codenamed Project Cambria. Why does it matter? Cambria is no secret at this point. In an earnings call last week, CEO Mark Zuckerberg said the goal of Cambria is to eventually replace "your laptop or work setup". Cambria features outward-facing cameras and enables mixed reality instead of full VR experiences. People within Meta's Reality Labs are said to have described the device as a "laptop for the face". Paramount has confirmed its plans to launch its streaming service in the UK. Why does it matter? Paramount+ - a rebranding of CBS All Access - will be made available in the UK from 22 June 2022. As previously unveiled, Paramount+ will be an option for Sky customers, integrated into the Sky experience and free for Sky Cinema subscribers. However, it will also be available through the Paramount+ app on mobile and Apple, Amazon, Google, Roku and Samsung devices. What's my take?
