Get them to [sign up here.]( Huawei Mate Xs 2 officially launched: Outward folder with Snapdragon 888 chip Huawei What's happened? Huawei has [unveiled]( the Mate Xs 2, the successor to the Huawei Mate Xs which launched a couple of years ago. Why does it matter? With most of the foldables market shifiting towards inward folding screens, Huawei is bucking the trend and continuing to develop its line of phones with a flexible screen that runs around the outside of the phone hinge. What's my take? Sadly there's no news as to whether the phone will launch outside China at the moment, but it sounds like a powerhouse. And in going for an outside foldable design rather than inwardly folding one, users shouldn't have to worry about opening up anything to see what's going on. Google apps aside, this looks like it could give the Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 a run for its money, if it ever makes it out of its home market. - [Best folding phones 2022: Top foldables that are available right now]( iPhone 14 Pro leak reveals display with pill-and-hole design @Saranbyte What's happened? A real-world image purporting to be of the new [iPhones]( glass panel has surfaced online. Why does it matter? Front glass panels for all four iPhone 14 models have appeared on the Chinese social media website Weibo. The leaked image reveals not only the pill-and-hole design for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max but also thinner bezels and a taller aspect ratio for those handsets. What's my take? Could the days of the "notch" finally be behind us? According to this rumour that could be the case, and move the Apple iPhone to a design more akin to that used by Samsung and others already. Also interesting is the idea that instead of an iPhone 14 mini we'll see an iPhone 14 Max instead this year. What's the saying?...
