Sonos might [announce]( a new soundbar, which is codenamed Fury and known as model S36, but it will sit below the $449 Beam and flagship $899 Arc, according to a new report. Why does it matter? In a bid to compete with Vizio and other low-cost competitors, Sonos is expected to unveil a product for around $249. What's my take? This, I believe, would be a really good move for Sonos and allow more people to get in on its easy-to-use multi-room offering. I also suspect, as it's the same journey I started back in 2009, that once you get one, you'll want more. A [firmware update]( has changed the charging speed of Apple's MagSafe Battery Pack. Why does it matter? The MagSafe Battery Pack is now able to deliver 7.5W charging speeds, giving your iPhone juice that little bit faster when you're on the move. It will also offer 15W charging to your iPhone when connected to a power source. Previously it was 5W when portable. What's my take? There's a first for everything these days, and I must admit, I didn't ever believe that we would get to a place where even your battery would need to have a software update.
