Get them to [sign up here.]( Omega x Swatch collaborate on Speedmaster MoonSwatch collection, and they look epic Omega / Swatch What's happened? Luxury watchmaker, Omega, and poppy, colourful brand Swatch have teamed up to launch a limited collection of watches. Why does it matter? The "proper" [Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch]( is famously the model worn on all six moon landings by NASA astronauts, with new models costing in the thousands. Thankfully, this Swatch collab means these colourful versions are a lot more accessible. The new range features 11 models and different colour combinations, but each representing a planet in our solar system, plus the Sun and Moon. The watches will cost £207. What's my take? I think it's really clever for both sides. Omega gets to appeal to a younger audience and Swatch gets attention from a wealthier audience. Or, to put it another way, it's a bit like when Elton John appeared with Dua Lipa on the single Cold Heart last year. It was a collab you probably didn't see coming, but leverages both audiences to create something to appeal to all. Plus, given they only cost around £200, I suspect they'll fly off the shelves by collectors keen to snap them up. - [Omega x Swatch MoonSwatch collection gallery]( PS5 Pro could launch as early as 2023 Pocket-lint What's happened? [Rumours]( of an update to the PlayStation 5 are ramping up, with a [PS5 Pro]( model said to be in Sony's plans. Why does it matter? The rumours match the release gap between the initial PS4 and beefed-up PS4 Pro - three years, give or take - and allows for the current chip shortage issues to abate. What's my take? It makes sense to keep the wheels of innovation turning, and I suspect the roadmap for the PS5 does include a Pro model three years after the initial release to reignite and reinvigorate interest for the Sony console. The question Sony will be asking though, is that with such a healthy appetite for the original PS5 console still, mainly due to chip shortages and short supply, does it need to activate that boost with a more powerful model just yet? I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see this until the tail-end of 2023, if not even the start of 2024. So, the long and short of it is, don't worry if you've just managed to get a console recently.
