From all of us here at Plex, have a safe and happy holiday season. [Wishing you a merry Plexivus]( This year marks our 5th annual celebration of Plexivus and, simultaneously, one of the most challenging years in our lifetime. So, here at Plex we thought: rather than unveiling a gift guide with the latest gadgets and gizmos, what if we focused on the most important part of this holiday we’ve come to love so much? What if this year, we celebrate the us in Plexivus–who we are as a community, who we are as a family and well, who we are as humans? At Plex we’ve spent this year pouring ourselves into invention (and reinvention) to make your day just a little bit better, or easier, or a little bit more entertaining. As a community we’ve done more with less. We’ve become better neighbors. We’ve checked in with each other. We’ve shared tears and heartbreak. We’ve also started a new [giving campaign]( to help our employees make meaningful contributions in their neighborhoods around the world. We’ve learned to speak out against injustice. Less me, more us. Turns out, we all started taking bigger steps forward once everything came to a halt. I doubt for anyone this year it’s been business as usual. I can’t help but think that if this is what we are capable of in 2020, I can’t wait to see what we can do together in 2021. From all of us here at Plex, have a safe and happy holiday season. If you’re far from your loved ones, snuggle up virtually and [watch a movie together]( on us. Oh and one last thing–if you’d like to do some fireside reading, check out [our year in review on the blog](. See you next year! The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
