Hey, I’ve always been a fan of offline communication. There’s something in the face-to-face dialogue that’s hard to beat. Maybe it’s the intimacy, the transparency, the nowhere-to-hide feeling. Or perhaps it’s the beauty of human connection with all its perks. Whatever it is, for me, it’s an incredible source of growth and inspiration. Being in the middle of entrepreneurs help me better understand their needs, especially when it comes to communication around their businesses. As a community builder and communication gal who’s been working in this area for more than ten years, I think I came to learn a thing or two about their needs. Especially when it comes to those manifested in the digital arena. A few days back, I spend some time with a good friend of mine. She’s an architect running her studio for almost four years. Alexandra is planning to take a step ahead and rethink her business website to better suit her current needs. The actual www still gets the job done on some level, but it doesn’t on what’s hurting her the most: presenting her services in a way that showcases her vision and way of doing things. And hey, it’s less about visual gimmicks and far more about strategy and content. While debating with Alexandra, I noticed how much trust she’s been investing in solutions she used in the past to create and maintain her website. It blew my mind because I know that some things just can’t be outsourced. It’s that simple. They are part of your business universe, and you’re in charge of making decisions, for better or worse. - Neither the freelancer, agency, or the WordPress theme author can do it for you. For instance, you can’t rely on a third-party provider to decide the essential pages on your website. You are in charge, and depending on what you aim to accomplish, there are several ways to get it done. Alexandra’s concerns made me ask myself how many other business owners face the same pains. My bet is that most of the entrepreneurs out there have similar questions and few ways to determine which answer fits them best. I don’t have recipes neither I have a magic potion to cover everything. It’s impossible. However, I wrote an [in-depth article about the must-have pages on your website](. I answer some of the most critical concerns to help people like Alexandra get traction. I would love to continue the conversation directly at the end of the article via our conversation system. It’s a great way to keep the dialogue under the same roof. It’s not offline and not as powerful, but it’s definitely meaningful and can provide real value. Aim high, —Oana P.S.
