Well my son never has to worry about this, because I’m right there in his face telling him to work harder …. Boom! Saturday morning at 7:01am, exactly 20-seconds into his Hockey game he was already sitting in the penalty box! Of course, no one got hurt, these are little guys, but I do love the enthusiasm. I don’t know, I mean, look at that SMILE … maybe it’s time for all of us to get a little more aggressive? Well, you probably don’t play Hockey, but you definitely play “The Game of Money”, and in that game, if you tried a little harder/smarter I think you could: - 2X your active income this year - 5x your net worth in 4-5 years - make $10k+/month in honest and sustainable passive income … So what I’m planning on doing in 2024 is to help you reach your most important financial goals. In fact, in case you missed it, I sent out an email on money asking you how I could help you make more money in 2024. I also sent out [a short survey]( asking about your short term goals (active income), medium term goals (passive income), and long term goals (net worth). Today, we’re going to take a look at the early survey results … and invite you to a free training. -Oren P.S. If you have not taken the survey, [please do so by clicking here right now.Â]( If you have taken the survey, do me a favor and [also click here and re-submit your answers]( – I’ve added a couple extra questions. P.P.S. Want to schedule a time with someone on my team to review your financial goals… and show you how I can help you achieve them in 2024 and beyond? All you need to do is complete the [survey](, then hit the “yes” button and someone from my team will schedule a time via email and see if we’re a good fit to work together. I’ve helped thousands of people over the past 15 years create extraordinary wealth using the lessons I’ve shared in Pitch Anything and Flip the Script. Now, I’m looking to expand my ability to help people become wealthier through my new programming in 2024. [Help me help you and take the survey now.]( How much money do you want to make? First things first, thank you to everyone who has taken the survey so far. This is the data I am relying on as I go into my 2024 planning meetings with my team in December. Let’s talk about WHO took the survey so far. th 30 responses so far, not surprisingly, the majority of our readers (40%) are founder, officer, or executives. After that, we’ve got a strong showing from our “investor” categories – individual investors and fund managers making up another 36.7% The final 13.3% are either revenue generating employees or some sort of professional service provider. So what do people want? Let’s take a look at the Active Income goals… Here is what the “Current Active Income” looks like… Generally speaking, pretty much everyone wants to “double their income but work just half the hours.” Not surprisingly, many people want to essentially 2x or 3x their income over the next 12 months – with a large chunk looking to hit that $15k-$30k/month bracket, and a lot of people looking to crack the $100k/month bracket. Now let’s take a look at Passive Income goals. Here is what the “Current Passive Income” looks like… For such a smart group of people, THIS AMOUNT OF PASSIVE INCOME IS WAY TOO LOW: The majority of responders (~43%) have <$1,000 per month in passive income, by IRS definition. 18% have $1k - $3k/month… And apparently we’ve got some Passive Income Tycoons in our community with $100k+/month. But just like the Active Income goals, we have some very aggressive Passive Income Goals. Here’s the composite “3 Years From Now” Notice there are a LOT of people looking to hit the $100k+/month mark who have… shall we say, challenging starting points. Last but not least, let’s look at your Net Worth goals Here is what our small group of responders “Current Net Worth” looks like… Almost a third of my readers have between $500k - $5m in investable assets… And about 10% have $5m+ net worth. 42% of my readers are looking to 10x+ their net worth in 5 years. 34% of people are looking to generate 2-3x returns on their investible cash in 5 years. While this is definitely doable as a passive investor, I just want to show you the math behind what has to happen to do this on your ENTIRE PORTFOLIO vs an allocation to IPO Factory style deals. Here’s how the math works out… For a quick reality check, if you are running a standard 60/40 portfolio, that is designed to return ~5-7% per year. So what asset classes have an expected 25-35% rate of return? Private Equity (which is the category I am investing in). Let’s assume for a moment that you are running a true institutional style portfolio with a heavy allocation to Private Equity and Real Estate. Even with a 30% allocation of your total funds to Private Equity… and even if you were generating a 35% annualized return (which would be incredible)... You’re probably looking at generating 2x in 5 years. That’s a decent return, but not a hot streak. For this reason, I’m also assuming that – as part of a realistic plan to hit 3-5X increase in your net worth – you’re planning on INCREASING your annual contribution to PRIVATE DEALS. Here’s the good news – it doesn’t matter whether you are a fund manager, investor, entrepreneur, outside consultant, or rank-and-file employee… You can win the Game of Money As long as you understand that: - It is a winnable game… - That has certain rules, and… - Has opportunities to make as much (or as little) money as you want – as fast as you want – depending on which strategies you decide to use and the level of risk you’re willing to take. Next Thursday, Dec 7th @ 10am PST, I’m going to be hosting a free training where I’ll review the most common reasons investors lose money in early stage deals (and what to do to avoid them)… I’ll show you how the Game of Money is played from all five positions in the game – Banker, Investor, Board Member, Executive, and Employee… PLUS! You’ll have the chance to invest alongside me in 4-5 companies I’m putting money into. Keep in mind, I only invest in deals I believe have a strong chance of going public in 18-36 months… with target 3-10x returns over a five year hold. Want to get on this free training? [All you need to do is fill out the survey and we’ll send you the invite]( (yes, we’ll send a replay as long as you fill out the survey) If you’re the operator of a business and you’re shooting for the “I want to 10x+ my net worth in 5 years” plan, I’m going to show you the EXACT playbook I’d use if I was running your deal. And if you’re an investor, I’m going to show you how you can INVEST in those deals as a passive investor where you simply - Step 1: Cash in for as little as $1,000 - Step 2: Wait 18 - 36 months - Step 3: Cash out for potential 3x, 5x, even 10x return… all while taking as little risk as possible from the BANKERS position in the deal! So if you’re tired of being forced to choose between: - “Get Rich Slow” by investing in low cost index funds for reasonably safe ~7-10% annual returns in the public stock market - “Get Rich Crazy” by speculating on lottery ticket style 100x opportunities – like startups, crypto, penny stocks, options, or forex – where you’ll probably just wind up losing all your money. [Fill out this survey]( and next Thursday, Dec 7th @ 10am PST, I’m going to show you how to “Get Rich Certain” the way BANKERS do. Also, for all the people who are trying to figure out how to either get a job working for me… help them raise capital… help them increase revenue… or in any way shape or form be in my network… THIS IS IT! So if you want to get a piece of the Oren Klaff Money Magic Magic in 2024 – especially if you want me to help you raise capital – all you need to do is [click here and take this survey to get started.Â]( Once you do, you’ll have the option at the end to schedule a time with someone on my team to review your financial goals and see if we’re a good fit to work together. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
