Want to invest alongside me as I do?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 September 18, 2023 | [Read Online]( [A newsletter about raising capital for early stage growth companies]( [fb]( [tw]( [in]( [email](mailto:?subject=Post%20from%20Pitch%20Anything%20Playbook&body=Looking%20for%20%24100m%2B%20exits%3F%20Here%27s%20why%20motivation%20wont%20help%20you%3A%20If%20you%20want%20to%20win%2C%20you%20are%20going%20to%20need%20some%20%E2%80%9CCheat%20Codes%E2%80%9D%20to%20go%20up%20against%20the%20trillions%20of%20dollars%20under%20management%20of%20private%20equity%20and%20venture%20capital.%0A%0Ahttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.pitchanything.com%2Fp%2Flooking-100m-exits-heres-motivation-wont-help) Even though I’m working hard to add a legit $100 million to my personal net worth in the next three years, you will never see me try to get MOTIVATED about this goal. Because motivation only works for sports… not for the kind of work I do. Check it out, I took Asher to breakfast this morning and we did some mental toughness programming for him, aka motivation. And hey, maybe it motivated him to go play hard and stay focused – Asher won his huge game on Sunday, and I was proud as hell. But winning in sports is completely different than winning in business for one simple reason… The Game of Money doesn’t stop when the whistle blows. And if you want to compete for $100m+ hauls in today’s capital markets, you better believe you’re going to need more than “motivation” to go up against the complete barbarians you’ll meet in finance. If you want to win, you are going to need some “Cheat Codes” to go up against the trillions of dollars under management of private equity and venture capital. That’s exactly what the Pitch Anything Playbook is all about. And that’s exactly why… For investors and entrepreneurs who are looking for a new way to make money in the current market today, this might be the most important email you receive all year. Here’s why… While venture capital and private equity are struggling to raise capital and keep their failing portfolio companies alive, I’m on right on track with my five year plan to add $100m+ to my personal net worth. Two years ago, thanks to an incredible amount of serendipity, I found myself in the middle of one of my best deals of all time – I acquired a potentially $60m business for aproximately $20m (more on this later). And after more than 15 years of making money by raising capital for other peoples companies, for the first time, I was part of an enterprise-level company that I had a high conviction would get AT LEAST a 10x return. Now, after ~18 months of hard work, I’d say the company is worth at least $120m based on forward-looking revenue multiples. If all goes well, I’ll be looking to take this company public at a $250m+ valuation in the next 18-24 months. Why am I geared up to go public as a small-cap company instead of trying to pump-it onto some private equity group? Because I’ve discovered one of the most incredible wealth-building cheat codes of all time: Instead of selling out early to private equity and leave all the upside on the table, simply do what they would do with the business and keep all of that upside for ourselves! But in order to run the PE game plan and target the 10x+ returns in 2-5 years I’m looking for, I need one often overlooked piece of the puzzle. Don’t worry, I’ve got access to all the money I need to get these companies financed. Not only have I already put millions of my own into these deals, I’ve got a great network of family offices and crazy rich guys who all want in on my deals. But in order to take any of my portfolio companies public on the Nasdaq or NYSE, I need ~400-500 shareholders to meet the listing requirements. That’s where you come in. Over the next 12 months, I’m going to be the lead investor – using my own personal money – for four financings of four companies that I believe I can make 5-10x+ returns within the next 2-5 years… And for the first time, I’m giving my employees, business associates, friends and readers a chance to invest alongside me in these opportunities. These opportunities are open to both accredited and non-accredited investors. All you need to be is 18 years of age or older. Also, I’m not going to try to lock your money up into some fund for 7-10 years and fee the crap out of you. You’ll be investing right along side me – at the exact same terms I am getting – and I want to see these companies go public in 1-3 years of my investment. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
