It's all about becoming an INSIDER [image] I have a killer new way of closing deals I want to show you ... I'm referring to something I call "INSIDER-TO-INSIDER", which I was taught by someone totally outside the business world, who you will meet in a moment ... And how it works is quite interesting, because you can go from being a total unknown to a "fully accepted" INSIDER in only a few short minutes. At first, I came up with this plan out of desperation; as I had been taking my boy Asher to different hockey practices with unfamiliar teams and they wouldn't welcome him into their drills; see below ... [image](=) I watched helplessly as teams refused to acknowledge him, pushing him away and ignoring his very existence. His frustration mounted as he skated near the sidelines ... An Outsider, and alone without a chance to prove himself .... I felt pride in his courage being out there, yet I also feared that his lack of participation could hinder his growth as an athlete. It can be difficult to be the OUTSIDER when you are in a business or social setting. If people don't trust you, then you don't get access to the best offers, and any transactions you manage to squeeze into tend to move slowly and often die at the last minute (when you need it most.) But there is a way to become a WELCOME TEAMMATE or INSIDER within 3-5 minutes and somehow, this 8-year-old kid just knew on his own what had to be done in order to get accepted fast - And before you discount this technique, you should know that right now I'm using basically the same thing to seal a deal worth $200 million ... Here's what Asher discovered and I turned into a repeatable plan for both he and I: FIRST, deliver a crosscheck that sends their biggest skater to the ice ... in other words, he just dumps their Alpha-player on his ass. SECOND, he has a quick discussion with the coach about "X's and O's," in essence showing he knows the pro-level strategies and tactics of "scoring in the crease" THIRD, instead of taking easy goals for himself, he opts to pass the puck to a new teammate, taking the "assist" instead I already know what you're thinking; "this might work in "youth sports" but I work in a REAL business in which s totally different and I'm not going to crosscheck anyone as much as I would like to :-)" Except you'd be wrong. Here's what I've been doing to establish my INSIDER CREDENTIALS in deal after deal, using the Crosscheck, X's & O's, and The Assist First, Crosscheck the Big Guy: I refuse to entertain any unsavory or suspicious behaviors, even though I'm the one trying to close the deal. - I want nothing to do with people who don't show up on time for meetings, so I call them out on timeliness or anything else weird they're doing. - And I want to avoid people who haven't read the relevant material ahead of time, so I always ask if they really have the chops to be at high-stakes table with me and my firm. - Most importantly, I reject that they "conveniently" forgot to bring the key decision makers to important calls, and tell them to go round 'em up and get those guys on the call. Second, Strategies and Tactics, X's and O's: I make sure I have an intimate know-how of their specialized lingo, and - a deep grasp of the economic complexities that shape their business world, and - an encyclopedic understanding of the standard tactics used within their industry. Without this fluency, they'll regard me with suspicion and dismiss me as an outsider who knows nothing of their craft. Third, the Assist: At the exact moment they "offer the deal to me" -- I don't jump at the chance to score. I gently push the close back to them ... Until they are asking me to "do the deal.' I'll always be grateful to my son for showing me the "shining path" to this strategy, and I'd be happy to show you how to apply this in your own business - it's not nearly as aggressive as it sounds. In fact, this is EXACTLY HOW INSIDERS ALWAYS TALK TO EACH OTHER: CROSSCHECKS, X'S & O'S AND ASSISTS. If you just want some pointers on how to do all this stuff, just email Matt@pitchanything.com and he will either help you out, or show you how to get on one of my weekly calls. BUT ... If you're doing more than just tweaking your sales systems, and want to get one or more of these objectives nailed down ... - Raising Capital - Driving Hyperscale Growth in Sales & Revenue - Negotiating a Life-changing Deal - Seeking Funding for a project [Then you should get your application in for VORTEX which is coming up fast:](=) [image](=) This Vortex method is the sum total of how I pitch, negotiate and close so many deals, and it's how I'm scaling my own company to $100M. Attend this year's VORTEX, and I'll show you exactly what I'm doing to drive hyper-scale in all my portfolio companies. And THIS is my only 1-on-1 Vortex-level training event that's open to outsiders for Q1 2023 [Click here to apply for a seat](=) VORTEX is “Pitch Anything”, INSIDER-TO-INSIDER, Flip-the-Script, and everything else that I do, fully SYSTEMIZED, ORGANIZED, and SIMPLIFIED.
