[View this email in your browser]( Sea Otter has finally returned to its usual week in April and the who's who of the bike industry have congregated at the Laguna Seca race track in Monterey, California. Even Mike Levy came out of hiding to make his way to California for the big show. The team has been hard at work getting details on all the latest tech from the festival including new bikes from We Are One and Orange, X-Fusion's wireless dropper, and more. Not, but not least, the World Cup XC season kicked off today in Brazil, a destination that hasn't been on the circuit in 17 years. While Brazil's Henrique Avancini didn't manage a win in the Short Track, that honour went to Alan Hatherly, he had a strong fourth-place finish and all eyes will be on him come Sunday. In the women's race, Pauline Ferrand-Prevot took the win, while 20-year-old Mona Mitterwallner placed sixth in her first ever Short Track race.
