We’ve already tried it on a simple mixed salad and with rice and it’s soooo good – such a bright, fresh flavour (but not overpoweringly cilantro-y). I can definitely see adding this to my Sunday prep routine so there’s always a bottle of this magic sauce in the fridge. Thanks!" - Dawn on [5 Ingredient Cilantro Vinaigrette]( "This has become my (and my body’s) favorite soup. I honestly could eat this every day. The first time I made it, not knowing what I was doing, I used coconut cream. OMG, decadent! I like to put mixed greens or arugula in the bottom of the bowl before ladling in the soup. The I add the chopped red cabbage, julienned carrots, fresh baby Bella mushrooms, and if I feel like meat I add diced rotisserie chicken. YUM!" - Christine on [Anything-You-Have Coconut Curry Soup]( "My husband and I made this for dinner this evening. We mixed Panko breadcrumb with ground almonds. After the first round of burgers, we decided to add adobo to the mix, umami! We will continue to play with this recipe. We really enjoy how flexible this recipe is. Delicious! Thanks for sharing!" - Jennifer on [Spicy Cauliflower Burgers]( What to Cook Next Month Check out which produce is in season in June and what to make with it from the blog: - Blueberries: [Simple Oat and Pecan Blueberry Crisp]( (summer dessert staple, right here!) - Cucumber: [Zippy Orzo Summer Salad]( - Green Beans: [Perfect Baked Salmon with Lentils and Lemon Herb Sauce]( - Herbs: [Spring Roll Bowls]( (basil + cilantro + mint - you HAVE to do all three!) - Strawberries: [Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt Bowls]( Thanks for reading!
