An unexpected strawberry cookie to mix up our [two giant cookies]( game, one of my favorite pastas ever in the Twin Cities (that Iâve recreated a recipe for!), and a new single-serve blender that Iâm really enjoying. Happy Thursday! --------------------------------------------------------------- Strawberry Cookies For Spring Iâm not sure how we got here as I donât even really like white chocolate. But [I love these so much](. I made a batch this week and I still canât get over them. Theyâre a spring tradition around here with the bright speckled colors and the pops of tangy freeze-dried strawberries. If you only make one recipe this weekend, this would be a very good choice. --------------------------------------------------------------- My All-Time Favorite Bucatini I went out to dinner with friends this week and got the treat of one of my all-time favorite pastas in the Twin Cities - the bucatini from [Mucciâs]() in St. Paul. Itâs a huge tangle of fresh-made bucatini pasta loaded with smoky pancetta and tangy, spicy pepperoncini in a luscious tomato sauce. It is a fireball of deliciousness for your mouth. My knockoff version is [right here]() to make at home! --------------------------------------------------------------- A Seriously Cute Mini Blender = Iâm aspiring to eat more veggies in my life, so I bought [this Beast mini blender](=) (affiliate link) to try out this week. So far⦠I love it! I really love that you can just blend, pop a straw in the container, and go! Also love the aesthetic - it looks very pretty sitting out on the counter. Iâve mostly been using it for morning smoothies, but I bought the one that also has a few extra containers and I used the jar last night to blend up a little sauce for dinner!
