Picarto Channel Subscriptions goes PayPal [Online version]( Picarto Channel Subscriptions goes PayPal Dear {NAME}, As you know, we have been offering the subscription system as a way of supporting artists for quite a while now, this feature being one of the main opportunities we provide for monetization. Those subscriptions are a source of income for our artists and creators, making their efforts worth their time and energy. We know this has been a long time coming, but we can finally tell you that we worked out new ways to make monetizing much easier. Up until now we provided this service through Stripe, which, compared to PayPal, may come with some disadvantages in usability. Sometimes it became too complicated or was unavailable for our users in the first place. The majority of our users prefer PayPal, which is understandable, and therefore we decided to get a new deal with PayPal to make the payment flow much more convenient for potential subscribers. With this opportunity it is possible for artists to reach a higher range within the community, meaning that even more people could subscribe to their favorite artist. Furthermore, a simpler payout to the artists, plus a faster payment of subscriptions is guaranteed. As a result, Stripe will not be supported anymore and thus we had to change some terms as well. All previous subscriptions that have been done with Stripe will remain until they expire, whereas the small percentage of users that have subscribed through our first PayPal system before Stripe, need to resubscribe to their beloved artists using our new PayPal system. The new subscription system will be released in the first week of January. Apart from the new subscription system, we have other great things planned in terms of monetization, so look forward to that as well ;-) We hope you like this change and look forward to hearing from you! The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
