It could be keeping you from healing ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Hey {NAME}, Awkward question… Do you kiss on the first date? Quick story so you don’t think I’m a weirdo. Just the other day, my wife and I were talking about our first date. Regal Cinemas in Oaks, Pennsylvania… Dodgeball was the movie. I’ll never forget it… It took me about an hour and a half to work up the courage to grab her hand. 2 minutes later the movie ended and we walked out hand in hand… Awkward drop off… I thought to myself “Are we doin this or are we not?” [kissing] “Nah, best not get too far ahead of ourselves” was the decision I made… and we went our separate ways. No kissy kissy- just “goodnight” and a walk to the door… Why am I sharing this super personal story with you? Because in my experience, most people like to jump the gun. Excitement kicks in and people want to rush the process… And we all know how that plays out in most areas of life. The same applies to getting out of pain. “What’s next Dr. Charlie?” “What exercise can I do to resolve my pain?” My answer… NONE, yet! Before you get my permission to start doing exercises to resolve your pain, you must have done the detective work to figure out why you hurt in the first place. As the saying goes, you can’t out exercise a bad diet… it just doesn’t make sense. And neither does trying to out exercise a yucky healing environment. If you agree with me and want to learn how to become a detective so that you can do less and get better faster- I’m hosting a [free LIVE training inside my DIY Diagnostic Facebook Group]( that teaches you how to slow down and get better results. In this training I’ll show you the NOT-SO-SEXY and totally BACKWARDS way to relieve back, butt, and sciatica pain FAST (NO exercise required). Hope to see you there, Dr. Charlie “Kissless” Johnson PS- In case you’re wondering, Mrs. Johnson and I are high school sweethearts and have been married now for just about 10 years even though we didn’t kiss on the first date. PPS- If you’re not able to attend, or freaked out by Facebook, and you want the fast track to relief- [apply here to submit your case and see if we can help](.
