Try this... ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Hey {NAME}, Do you have trouble sleeping at night? Do you dread bedtime because you know it'll be a tossy-turny kinda night? So did Scott... Until he discovered this simple sleeping tweak that made a night & day difference for him! Could it also help you? When Scott began the program 5 or so weeks ago... he had been dealing with a couple months of back, butt, and sciatica pain. He could barely sit and sleeping was a nightmare. Before joining the program he had learned that more = better. Nerve glides, back and hip stretches... and when that didn't work- do more... But they really flared him up. This is the OPPOSITE of what I recommend. He needed a different approach... Begin with healing by subtraction (doing less) and doing the detective work needed to figure out exactly what's keeping you from healing and then use that as data to inform what exercise might be best for you. [In this video (shared with permission inside my Facebook group)]( I show you how we go from YUCKY motions, to identifying a sleeping tweak that will help, to then using that tweak and morphing it into a movement that Scott can use as medicine. Good ol' fashion detective work! Scott's not perfect yet... but getting better each week- and I have no doubt that if he continues to trust the process...he will be pain free in the near future. Way to go Scott! I just shared the video inside my free [DIY Diagnostic Network Facebook Group- click HERE to join the group and check it out]( Hope it maybe helps you sleep more soundly tonight, too. Stay warm wherever you are (winter snow hitting here pretty good). -Dr. Charlie PS- If you’re stuck in pain (or hate Facebook) and are interested in some help now… I’d be happy to personally review details of your specific case and see if/how I can help.
