Are you playing offense or defense?

Because she plays offense⦠always looking for the win. I play both- offense and defense. I know when to strike (offense) and when to block (defense). Now, what does a game of tic-tac-toe have to do with getting out of pain? Everything. You see, most people in pain play offense. They look for the next treatment or thing TO DO. Itâs exciting and full of hope/possibility⦠âmaybe this will work!â No one wants to play defense and do whatâs necessary to figure out what NOT TO DO⦠itâs boring. And because of this, people lose the game and stay stuck in pain- jumping from one shiny object to another⦠Which are you playing?? Knowing when to do more (add more reps, do more exercises), and when to stand your ground or peel back (hold your exercise program consistent or hold on doing a certain exercise) is equally as important. Thereâs a balance here. If youâre tired of doing more- thinking that the more you do, the faster youâll get better (and itâs not working)... then [book a call here](
