Hey {NAME}- Got a pain in the butt (or back or leg)? Are you searching for pain relief? So was Emmanuel- and it got him nowhere. Instead of focusing on pain relief- focus on the pain relief process… and let pain relief naturally follow. Let me explain. Pain varies… moment-to-moment, day-to-day, week-to-week. And so, chasing pain relief leads to you experiencing the highs and lows of the “good” and “bad” days. It takes you for a mental, physical, and emotional rollercoaster. No good. But the pain relief process NEVER changes. It’s steadfast- and if you follow it, IT WORKS for the majority (85%) of people inside our program. Once Emmanuel committed his efforts towards learning the 4 Step Pain Relief Process inside our Glute Relief Accelerator Program- he was back to work (and virtually pain free) within 2 weeks of joining. So, what’s the process? Here it is: Step 1: Optimize The Healing Environment- Do the detective work needed to figure out what things in your environment (either physically or mentally) are keeping you from healing. And then “Tweak” them. Think of it like this… “You can’t out exercise a bad diet.” All the treatment in the world won’t matter if you stick to the same habits or routines that got you into pain to begin with. Mentally, any fear, frustration, anxiety, worry, or concern around your problem will only fuel the pain… learn how to neutralize these. Step 2: Self Assessment- “You can’t manage what you don’t measure.” Learn to evaluate where your limitations/problems are, so that you know where to focus treatment and don’t have to rely on others. Step 3: Use the Mind + Movement As Medicine- Learn the decision making framework for deciding what exercises you should or should not be doing. So that you’re not guessing. Step 4: Get Back To Life- Know how to deal with setbacks, and build a plan to get you back to doing things you love… while also implementing preventative strategies for the future. That’s it. Emmanuel used them all… Are you willing to stop chasing relief and learn a proven pain relief process?
