Hey {NAME}- So, what does sharpening a chainsaw and solving sciatica have in common? Ahh, I can hear

Hey {NAME}- So, what does sharpening a chainsaw and solving sciatica have in common? Ahh, I can hear the answers now… “They’re both sharp…” “They make you grit your teeth…” (I dunno… any other ideas? HA) But don’t overthink it… This is no joke. They have more in common than you think... Let me explain. Just this past weekend, I had planned to cut some “invasive” trees/bushes down (Autumn Olive’s for anyone interested). I planned to use my chainsaws, but have had a hard time getting them sharp. When I bought them years ago- I was shown how to sharpen them… “4 strokes on each tooth… blah, blah, blah.” I did exactly what I was told, but it only resulted in saw dust and smoke… Cutting a tree felt like trying to chew steak without teeth (I still have teeth- but can only imagine how frustrating using your gums to chew through steak would actually be…) Anyways, like how most people find me, I decided to educate myself on YouTube. I watched this video that talked about how anyone can sharpen a chainsaw (tactic) as long as they understand how the saw cuts and how it operates (principles). Amazing… my kind of video, I thought. 10 minutes later- using my newfound understanding of how chains work, how they cut (or not), and how all the moving parts operate together… I realized exactly what I needed to do. 45 minutes later… and a trip to our property- the saw cut like butter! I felt half frustrated, but also half amazed, at how profound a little understanding allowed me to solve my problem. Solving sciatica is like sharpening a saw: Too many people are focused on what to do (tactics- exercises/other things) instead of focusing on understanding why they’re doing what they’re doing and what the intent is. To prove my point, let me ask you one single question. Imagine you (the person in pain) had my brain… would you feel more or less confident in solving your problem? If the answer is more- it shows you that the ONLY difference between you and I is the knowledge and understanding we have about what you’re dealing with. And that if you could acquire my knowledge- you’d be in a much better position to resolve your pain. Here’s the kicker- it takes some effort and work... No matter how "dull" your blade is (or how bad your sciatica is), OR how long it's been dull (aka how long you've been stuck in pain)... you can find the long-term solution with the right tools, knowledge, and support. Everything needed to relieve years of back, butt, and sciatica pain is housed inside my Glute Relief Accelerator Program. Are you open to learning & trying something completely new?
