You can, too ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Hey {NAME}, What if you could take ONE motion and relieve your back, butt, or sciatica pain for good? Well, just the other day I had a pretty proud moment- as Pam (a physician in my Glute Relief Accelerator Program) took the process we taught her- and figured out exactly what motion she needed to do to relieve her pain. How cool is that? Out of ALL the possible exercises she could do to relieve her pain… within minutes, she narrowed it down to the ONE she needed to do and immediately reduced her pain. How’d she do it? She followed a process we call “Hunting For Motions.” Basically- it’s the Scientific Method applied to healing. It starts by teaching you how to identify patterns in the location of your symptoms, your story, and movement exam- so that you can determine your “Pain Pattern” (there are 4 pain patterns). This pain pattern reveals which motions are most likely to best help you. Then, using the Hunting For Motions Process- we begin testing to identify the best ONE motion that feels safe and immediately improves how you move + feel. Next, we begin using movement as medicine… We take the ONE motion that works and place a prescription on it. This includes how much of it to do (dose), how often to do it (frequency), and when to do it (timing). Finally, after taking this movement as medicine for 4 days- we re-evaluate to determine if things overall are better, same, or worse. If better- we do not change the medicine (the motion or exercise). If same- we stop and go hunting for another motion. If worse- we stop and go hunting for another motion. That’s it in a nutshell. This process of identifying patterns and testing motion systematically + scientifically allows us to narrow down exactly what will work vs. what’s a waste of time vs. what you should avoid because it will make you worse- so that you’re not wasting days, weeks, or months giving a treatment “time” to work… Has anyone ever taught you how to heal yourself? Want to save a ton of time, energy, and money identifying which of the 118 motion options you should use as medicine? If so, [click here to book a call and submit your case review](. I review all cases personally and will start to put the pieces of your pain relief puzzle together for you… Remember, you’re just one motion away.
