[image] You remember how when you were younger, you had family members that insisted on taking family photos with everyone looking toward the sun? Well, I don’t have to tell you that that’s not how to take a great portrait, {NAME}... Instead, follow the lead of today’s [Inspirational Photo of the Day]( and shoot toward the sun, not away from it! Doing so means your subject won’t be squinting or have watery eyes as a result of being blinded. What’s more, if you can find some shade for your subject, as was done in [this shot](, you’ll find that the lighting on their face is far more even. So, find some shade, shoot toward the sun, and you just might capture a breathtaking portrait! Alex [image] P.S. Not sure if PT+Pro is right for you? [Give us a try for 14 days for just $1](.
