The Eagles then packaged the 18th overall pick and a third-round selection to acquire Pro Bowl wide receiver A.J. Brown from the Tennessee Titans. The Eagles started Day 2 of the NFL Draft by keeping the 51st overall pick and using it on Nebraska center Cam Jurgens. In the third round, the Eagles added another Georgia Bulldog in linebacker Nakobe Dean, the leader of the National Championship team. After a pair of trades, the Eagles chose linebacker Kyron Johnson out of Kansas in the sixth round. With the second of their sixth-round picks, the Eagles concluded the 2022 NFL Draft by selecting tight end Grant Calcaterra from SMU.
