[Image]( Friend, Did you see the news? Following the U.S. Supreme Court's decision overturning Roe v. Wade, the biggest pro-life fight in the nation is taking place in Kansas. Even though Roe has been overturned, a radical 2019 decision by the Kansas Supreme Court established a nearly unlimited right to abortion that prohibits Kansans from implementing even the most basic of limitations on abortion. On August 2nd, Kansans will go to the polls and vote on the Value Them Both Amendment, which, if passed, returns the power to enact regulations on abortion to the people. This is the first national test for the pro-life movement across the country following Roe and the abortion industry knows it. The deceptively named “Kansans for Constitutional Freedom,” which is a front group for the abortion industry is hitting the airwaves with nearly $3 MILLION in ad buys, in an attempt to confuse voters to oppose the Value Them Both Amendment. This front group’s legal filing with the Secretary of State’s office lists a Planned Parenthood location as its address. This is a campaign literally being run out of an abortion clinic. Yet, one of the ads being run never mentions abortions--particularly the live dismemberment abortions that started the need for the Value Them Both Amendment. And as if that's not enough, U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren is sending fundraising emails to her national list soliciting money to oppose the Value Them Both Amendment. We cannot allow their national campaign of disinformation to prevail... It’s vital that we reach every Kansas voter we can with the TRUTH about what’s at stake on August 2nd and urge them to vote “YES” to protect mothers and babies, and we need your help to do it. The goods new is a generous donor has stepped up with an incredible offer. They’ve agreed to FULLY MATCH up to $25,000 in grassroots gifts! This is the best time to help, and we need your support now more than ever. We have less than seven weeks to go until voters cast their ballots.
