As you’ll see, this petition urges the Presidents of the 70 privately funded Christian colleges who have developed relationships with the Abortion Goliath to KICK PLANNED PARENTHOOD OFF CHRISTIAN CAMPUSES! As a Christian, former United States Senator, and father of eight, protecting innocent preborn life is incredibly important to me. I still remember how angry I became when my wife, Karen, was encouraged to abort our son Gabriel and our daughter Bella. Of course, that was unthinkable for both of us. I wish it were to everyone. So, I was very happy to learn about the massive plan Kristan Hawkins, President of Students for Life, is conducting to STOP the Abortion Lobby from infiltrating Christian schools and co-opting more young people. With over 1,475 student chapters, Students for Life is the largest and most active pro-life youth organization in America. And I believe the work they’re doing is critical. You see, it infuriates me that I even have to write you this email calling out Christian colleges for cozying up to Planned Parenthood. After all, Planned Parenthood is, by far, America’s leading killer of babies. In 2022 alone, they committed 392,715 abortions! That’s 1,076 little boys and girls whose lives are ended by abortion, every day. [So, please sign your KICK PLANNED PARENTHOOD OFF CHRISTIAN CAMPUSES petition]( As you know from the viral undercover videos released by the Center for Medical Progress a few years ago, Planned Parenthood was caught red-handed chopping up recently aborted babies to sell off their organs for spare parts. One abortionist described how she did it, stating, “We’ve been very good at getting the heart, lung, liver . . . I’m going to basically crush below, I’m going to crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact” – all while eating her lunch. In another video, a Planned Parenthood executive bragged when haggling over the prices of these organs, “I want a Lamborghini.” Lamborghini is a maker of exotic Italian sports cars. The cheapest sells for over $200,000! Some models sell for millions. If a Planned Parenthood executive is raking in this kind of cash from selling off aborted baby parts, just imagine how much money Planned Parenthood itself is profiting! In court testimony, Planned Parenthood techs admitted seeing hearts “beating independently, but they’re not attached to anything,” effectively admitting these babies were born alive. This is as evil as evil gets. But you’d be surprised at how effective Planned Parenthood has been at making inroads in American Christianity. The Abortion Goliath knows co-opting even just a portion of Christians means their bloody business will be safe for generations. So, Planned Parenthood recently launched a massive campaign to do just that, including: *** Teaming up with abortionist and part-time “minister” Dr. Willie Parker to promote his memoir Life’s Work. Dr. Parker actually stated, “I believe, as an abortion provider, I’m doing God’s work;” *** Forming a Clergy Advocacy Board of “faith leaders” to advocate for abortion on-demand; and *** Selling abortion to Christian women as a “quick fix” for moral failings while cozying up to Christian college administrators and school Presidents. Sadly, it’s all working. Nowhere has their success been more astounding than in developing relationships with Christian colleges and universities as Students for Life’s recent study of 767 Christian/Catholic colleges in America showed that 1 in 10 have ties to Planned Parenthood. Some Christian school administrators list Planned Parenthood as a “trusted resource,” encouraging young women to seek out the Abortion Goliath for “health matters.” Other Christian schools have actually offered school credit for Planned Parenthood internships! In many cases, Christian leaders have no idea that rogue administrators and faculty have tied their schools to Planned Parenthood and are aghast. In other cases, spineless school leaders have never taken a strong moral stand on anything. They’re worried about what their pro-abortion students and faculty will say. They’re worried about the media. They’re worried they may lose funding from “woke” donors and corporations. That’s why Students for Life has developed a massive effort to KICK PLANNED PARENTHOOD OFF CHRISTIAN CAMPUSES – specifically the 70 privately funded Christian schools they’ve identified who still maintain a relationship with the Abortion Goliath. The good news is Students for Life’s efforts have resulted in 42 Christian colleges and universities being forced to take action since 2020, including: Seattle University, a Catholic school, where Father Stephen Sundborg came under vicious attack from pro-abortion students and faculty after he removed Planned Parenthood as a “trusted resource” for students; Loyola University, a Catholic school in Chicago, that stopped allowing students to intern at Planned Parenthood; and Lubbock Christian University in Texas that told Students for Life staff they were unaware about the links to Planned Parenthood on their website and even replaced them with links to a local, life-affirming Pregnancy Resource Center. It will help turn up the pressure on the Presidents of the 70 Christian colleges and universities who maintain ties with the Abortion Goliath to KICK PLANNED PARENTHOOD OFF CHRISTIAN CAMPUSES! As you’ll see, each of these Christian colleges and universities is listed on your petition. If you have a relationship with any of them – like being an alum, living close to one of their campuses, having a relative who attends, or being a donor – please call them and tell them you’re insisting they stop associating with Planned Parenthood. 2. It will send a message to other Christian colleges and universities that they better not establish ties with Planned Parenthood! After all, just because a Christian college or university hasn’t cozied up with Planned Parenthood now doesn’t mean some Marxist “women’s studies” professor or administrator who sneaks in won’t try to set up ties. I believe it’s vital that students see Christian colleges taking a strong stand against abortion NOW – before it’s too late. It’ll take campus visits. It’ll take contacting pro-life alumni and donors. It’ll take gathering and delivering hundreds of thousands MORE petitions like the one I’ve linked for you. And all of this takes resources. Every dollar, every penny, counts. Whether it’s $10,000 or $10, anything you can send to this effort will be put to good use.
