Forget ChatGPT. xAI is coming. [Altucher Confidential] September 28, 2023 [WEBSITE]( | [UNSUBSCRIBE]( Musk recruited some of the sharpest minds in AI. Game over. [Hero_Image] Musk’s “TruthGPT” Will Be Scary Good Urgent Income Demo Jim Rickards calls him The Banker. He’s a financial anomaly. He doesn’t target 1,000%... 3,000%... or 5,000% gains. Instead, this former hedge fund manager is all about steady – and fast – income. And he’s among the absolute best in the world at that. That’s why YOU should [click here now to learn his strategy](. [James Altucher] JAMES ALTUCHER Dear Reader, AI news is coming in hot and fast. In just the past week, OpenAI announced some exciting new features to ChatGPT, Amazon announced a $4bn investment in an OpenAI competitor and Tesla released footage of their Optimus robot solving puzzles and dancing around a room. But autonomous robots are just the tip of the iceberg of what Tesla CEO—and OpenAI co-founder—Elon Musk has planned in this space. This past summer, he announced his own AI company that would revolutionize the industry. It’s a one-of-a-kind artificial intelligence project called xAI. Musk has been uncharacteristically quiet about the specifics so far. In typical Elon fashion, however, there are clues… For one thing, Musk announced xAI on July 12, 2023 — 7/12/23. Adding up those numbers — 7 + 12 + 23 — gets you 42 (So it’s likely the date was a nod to Douglas Adams’ popular science-fiction franchise, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.) The series includes a supercomputer called Deep Thought that was built to answer the “Great Question” of “Life, the Universe and Everything.” After billions of years of calculations, it declares the solution is a single number — 42. Obviously, the characters are disappointed because 42 isn’t very useful. But Musk clearly thinks computers can do better. Just look at the mission statement on xAI’s website: [ALN] [CHART] Could Inflation Hit 20%+ In 2023? [James Altucher]( Take a close look at this scary chart pictured here… What you see is the money supply in America… And as you can see, the number of dollars in circulation has exploded in the last few years. In fact, more than 80% of all dollars to ever exist have been printed since just 2020 alone! Which is why some say inflation could soon explode even higher than it is now, to 20% or more. And if you’re at or near retirement age you must take action now to protect yourself… otherwise you risk losing everything. A Multi-BILLION Tech Arms Race AI is quickly becoming an arms race as the largest tech companies race to develop AI with the fastest computers on earth. The components for these computers are now back ordered 12 months in advance as the waitlist grows longer and longer among tech companies eager to get their hands on the most powerful machines. At this point, it's not clear exactly which processors Musk will choose for the brains of xAI. But my Investment Network tells me the odds are extremely good that whatever tech Musk chooses, it’s almost certain to be manufactured by ONE company. In case you missed it, our Senior Analyst Bob Byrne did a deep dive into why we think this company is a “Crown Jewel” of the semiconductor space and how to invest.
