The energy revolution we’ve been waiting for. [Altucher Confidential] July 03, 2023 [WEBSITE]( | [UNSUBSCRIBE]( Merge two atoms into one — like stars do — and you can provide the world with safe, sustainable, and virtually infinite power. Easy, right? [Hero_Image] Becoming Sun Gods: Harnessing Fusion Energy at Last By: Ray Blanco Tiny AI Stock Targeted For Buyout Deal? [A massive buyout alert has just been issued]( on a tiny AI company that could skyrocket in the coming months, weeks, even days. And according to James Altucher, a man who has made millions of dollars on these kinds of deals… This could be a once in a lifetime opportunity for you to make a fortune. He’s revealing all of the details in the video below (including a leaked memo from Google). [Click here to learn more]( You can watch it by [clicking here](. [Chris Campbell] CHRIS CAMPBELL Dear Reader, The idea is simple and the prize is unlimited. Merge two atoms into one -- like stars do -- and you can provide the world with safe, sustainable, and virtually infinite power. But the path to mastering this process is a thorny one, fraught with technological limitations. Until now. Today, we invite our Paradigm colleague, tech maven Ray Blanco, to pen the latest developments in the fusion saga. In an exciting twist, fusion ignition - the point where a fusion reaction generates more energy than what is used to spark it - has been reportedly achieved. This paradigm shift, ushered in by institutions like the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and companies like Helion Energy, could herald a new era for fusion power. Below, Blanco dives into the specifics of these groundbreaking advances… Demystifying the processes and materials involved, as well as speculating on the far-reaching implications of this 'star power'. Will this fusion renaissance finally bring the stellar dream within our grasp? Read on to find out. Urgent From James Altucher! [James Altucher]( Hey, it’s James Altucher. I just announced a massive new change to Altucher’s Investment Network, and as one of my readers I wanted to make sure you know what’s going on. [Click here now to see my urgent announcement.]( Nuclear Fusion Is Knocking At Our Door Ray Blanco It’s an idea that’s been tossed around for nearly as long as humans have been harnessing energy for themselves. Even longer, if you consider that it’s the way the sun creates its energy. It’s the ultimate and most natural form of energy, but we have struggled to create it in a way that is efficient enough to be used as a common source of power. Creating energy through nuclear fusion was first presented as a possibility in the 1930’s, and in the 1940’s scientists first tried creating methods to harness it. Considering the limits of the day’s technology and that fusion energy requires containing a reaction reaching hundreds of millions of degrees, little progress was made at the time. Fission energy became the more realistic alternative. While fusion energy requires combining two atoms into one, fission energy does the opposite. Splitting one atom into two. The most notable use of this being, as I’m sure you know, the creation of the hydrogen bomb. However, scientists never gave up on the dream of harnessing fusion energy. The far safer and sustainable option. It’s often referred to as “capturing the power of a star”. Since the 1970’s, the United States has spent billions of dollars trying to create a usable fusion generator. Focusing on a [magnetic confinement]( generator called a “tokamak”. All successful attempts at creating a fusion reaction had used more energy than it ended up creating. Clearly making the method impractical. That is… (Stop me if you’ve heard this before) …until now! Creating A Star On December 13th of last year, the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory announced that they had achieved “fusion ignition”. Which means that they created a fusion reaction which generated more energy than was used to cause the reaction. Possibly even more notably, the privately-owned Helion Energy claims to be able to recreate fusion ignition in their 7th generation nuclear fusion reactor named Polaris. Which is expected to be completed in 2024. Helion has already received a lot of attention, as well as funding. In May, Microsoft agreed to buy 50 megawatts of electricity from the power company by 2028. That is enough energy to power 40,000 homes. Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI, invested $375 million in Helion in November 2021. The appeal of fusion energy to both Microsoft and OpenAI is likely from a need to power their data centers. Both companies require massive amounts of energy to run their complicated AI applications. Running artificial intelligence programs is a specific need that will likely expand to most, if not all major tech companies in the coming years. But first, how was Helion able to achieve this breakthrough? This specific process of fusing two atoms was first achieved by Helion using their 6th generation prototype, the Trenta. The Trenta used two mirrored rings of plasma on opposite ends of a reactor. Then, using powerful magnets, the ions are launched at each other at nearly 200 miles per second. At these incredibly high speeds and temperatures over 100 million degrees, the collision creates new atoms and releases massive amounts of energy. [ALC] Trenta’s innovation, which allows it to create more energy than it expends, is skipping several of the initial steps of previous nuclear fusion generators. Traditionally a turbine would be used to create steam, which heats the copper wires that generate an electric current. Helion was able to figure out a way to replace this process using only electromagnetism. This efficiency saves not only significant amounts of energy, but space as well. An additional benefit, which is possibly the most significant, is the fuel required to power Helion’s reactor. A tokamak reactor uses tritium, which currently has a global reserve of only 20kg. Which a single reactor would burn through in roughly two months. Helion, however, uses the extremely common deuterium. Which is essentially heavy water. Their fuel also requires helium-3, which while far more rare, can be created more efficiently and safely than tritium. This technology, which has reached near mythological status, has quickly gone from being considered impossible to knocking on our door. And the potential applications would be limitless… To a bright future, [Ray Blanco] Ray Blanco For Altucher Confidential feedback@altucherconfidential.com New Biden Bucks Follow-Up Available Now Hey, it’s Jim Rickards. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
