The $1 stock set to make history. [Hero_Image] Bigger Than Gold. Better Than Asteroids. By Chris Campbell External Advertisement Better Than Oil Stocks [Click here for more...]( The best way to profit from energy is NOT a stock... Rather, it's [this little-known alternative investment.]( [CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT MORE]( [Chris Campbell] CHRIS CAMPBELL Dear Reader, In 2012, a small startup called Planetary Resources managed to snag the backing of none other than James Cameron (yeah, the guy who brought us Titanic and Avatar) and Larry Page (you know, the brain behind Google). It seemed like a divine match. This dynamic duo, with their penchant for pushing the boundaries, saw in the company a perfect embodiment of their shared values: a spirit of embracing cutting-edge technologies and venturing into unexplored frontiers. Planetary, as they called it, had a noble mission to boot: “contribute to the long-term sustainability of human civilization by unlocking the resources available in space.” In short, the company wanted to mine valuable materials from asteroids. And where many saw hare-brained hype, guys like Cameron and Page saw the future. It’s not as crazy as it sounds. Hundreds of millions of asteroids -- some as small as basketballs, others large as cities -- are near enough to Earth to reach with relative ease. About 8% of them are rich in metals, containing Platinum Group Metals (PGMs), belonging to the platinum family on the periodic table; ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium, and platinum. “The metals are some of the rarest and most difficult to mine,” says Kevin Cannon, a planetary scientist at the Colorado School of Mines. “If you brought enough back, you could replace or augment terrestrial mining.” Alas, Planetary Resources met a fate similar to that of other companies too ahead of their time. (It filed for bankruptcy in 2018.) As the cost of launching to space keeps going lower, it’s a concept many believe is worth revisiting. BUT… That’s not where the smart money is setting its peepers in the near-term. There’s an even bigger opportunity brewing in the resource industry. And though it’s still in one of the last unknown frontiers… It’s much closer to home. Moreover, with the rise in demand of elements crucial to the “green” economy, it seems an idea whose time has come. Urgent Note From James — Response Requested By June 13, 2023 [Click here for more...]( Hey, it’s James. [I just made a massive change to my Altucher’s Investment Network newsletter.]( This is one of the biggest changes to a newsletter in the history of our business… As far as I know, nothing like it has ever been done before. What’s going on? In short, I’m adding 3 brand-new benefits to this all-new “Pro level” of Altucher’s Investment Network. And as one of my readers, I’d hate to see you left behind. Though it sounds counterintuitive, it makes sense. While the pressure at sea level is about 15 pounds per square inch, diving to the bottom of the Mariana Trench (7 miles deep), for example, would subject one to over 1,000 times more pressure, equivalent to the weight of 50 jumbo jets. Even so, the more we explore, the more we understand how little we know. But one thing’s for sure: We’re quickly realizing the true resource potential of the ocean floor. In fact, one singular deepsea mine off the coast of Hawaii -- which our colleagues are calling a “super mine” -- has more potential value than the entire market cap of gold. And one small (public) company could be the first in history to lower its scoop. The $1 Stock Set to Make History Brass tacks, there’s a fortune on the seabed. Our colleague is calling it “the most significant find of a valuable resource in the past century.” The estimated fortune held within this underwater mine is valued at a staggering $16 trillion. And it gets better… A mining company with shares priced at just $1 could become the first in history to extract this treasure, already holding a lucrative commercial contract worth $85 billion. Right now, the X-date is approaching that could send this $1 stock soaring. This story has received almost ZERO attention from mainstream financial publications, but our in-house experts claim that investors could see a windfall when the news breaks.
