This is a real emergency. It’s not just financial, economic, or even political. Civilization is at stake. [Gilder's Daily Prophecy] October 26, 2022 [WEBSITE]( | [UNSUBSCRIBE]( Dollar to Be Replaced With Biden “Spyware”? [Click here to learn more]( On March 9, President Biden quietly signed Executive Order 14067. This Order could pave the way for Democrats holding onto power in 2024. In fact, they could control America indefinitely. A former advisor to the CIA and Pentagon believes this order could allow for legal government surveillance of all US citizens; total control over your bank accounts and purchases; and the ability to silence all dissenting voices for good. To protect your freedom and your wealth, [see his dark warning now](. Save the Young! [Jeffery Tucker] JEFFREY TUCKER Dear Reader, It was all over the news this week. Young people have lost two years of education. They are massively behind in every subject area but especially reading and math. Of course, the mainstream media blamed the pandemic. Poppycock. They closed the schools for a year or even two thanks largely to pathetic health officials and teacher’s unions. These people enjoyed living their laptop lives and did not want to go back to their miserable jobs. So they just decided to sacrifice the kids. This deprivation will stay with them for the rest of their lives. It also affected high school, which means that as shabby as the schools were and are, they are probably better than nothing. Consider the remarkable tragedy for college kids. Freshmen in 2019 found themselves locked down in their dorms. They came back maybe but only with masks and then with mandated shots and more Zoom. The next year was more shots and masks and more disease paranoia, plus a witch hunt for dissenters. Plus woke mobs took over campus such that everyone by then had to declare their pronouns and half the kids developed some kind of sexual dysphoria to the point that they could not call themselves men or women but only non-binary. Their whole world fell apart. It’s an absolute crisis for civilization. The collapsing scores are only the beginning. The deeper problem is the collapse of that which sustains civilization. If you are reading this, you are a person of influence. You can affect the life of a son or daughter or grandson or granddaughter, non-binary or not. In the long run, this is more important than making money. This is about the future of your family and civilization. Crypto millionaire James Altucher just revealed the cryptocurrency he’s piling into now… and it’s NOT Bitcoin… [Click here to learn more]( He reveals exactly what it is [on this page]( 8,788% returns. However, events are happening RIGHT NOW in the cryptocurrency space that could swallow up this opportunity forever. If you missed the first crypto boom… do NOT miss this one. This could be your last chance for easy profits. [Click here to find out what James is recommending now](. Ten Ways to Save Minds Here are my ten suggestions. I apologize in advance for the hortatory tone. It’s necessary because this is an emergency. These ideas are based on a movement that began at the turn of the last century. The Progressives were an annoying bunch but they did believe in education and life improvement and believed that the best way to do this was with a massive push at all levels of society. Printing technology had become cheaper so they emphasized home libraries and universal learning in the interest of preserving democracy. They believed that democracies required an educated public to survive and thrive and that meant reaching every single person. So here’s my thought. Let’s join a huge national effort to rescue young people from all the institutions that have betrayed them, which includes media, public health, big tech, government, and education too. - Read the Harvard Classics. These are widely available on eBay. Get a set for the kids and grandkids. They are 50 books and take up 5 feet of bookshelf space. It’s an education in itself, arguable through college. Back in the day, that’s what it was intended for. It still is. Every book is important and constitutes what we would call a liberal arts education. Without some working knowledge of each book, it’s hard to say you are truly educated. These days hardly anyone actually is. - Learn to Speak. I really cannot account for this but most people under the age of 30 seem unable to form a complete English sentence without using verbal ticks such as “like” and “you know.” it is an easy habit to break once you notice it and focus on it. But hardly anyone does. If you do, you will be leagues above the rest. Just being able to form a complete sentence today sets you apart, one in a million. - Get Rid of Tacky Friends. We are mostly a composite of the six friends with whom we spend the most time. If anyone in your circle is not up to snuff, and spends their time on TikTok and smoking weed, toss them out! Find a circle of friends that is ambitious, health conscious, and can speak English with some literacy. I know it’s hard to find. - Learn Table Manners. At least learn how to hold a knife and fork, how to use a napkin, how to cut a piece of meat, and how to sit down and stand up. Brooks Brothers has some great books on how to behave like a gentleman and they are excellent. Same with dress. There are rules. Keep them and you impress the people you need to impress. Otherwise, people will secretly think you are a slob. - Study Music. The Medievals included music education as an essential part of education itself. It’s still true. It rounds you out and gives you an appreciation for the arts and an ear for the beautiful. Learning to read music is a bit tricky but an essential part of literacy. Don’t be left out! - Learn Logic. Logic is the discipline of thinking. It was once an essential part of all education. Sometime late in the 20th century, it was almost eliminated from all curricula. It shows. People today don’t even know there are rules. There are and they still matter. A simple logic course doesn’t take too much time and it is well worth it. - Turn Off Most Notifications. Can you sit through dinner without grabbing at your phone? An entire evening? If not, you have a problem. The first start is to turn off all notifications except those that are absolutely essential, mostly from family. Otherwise, you are letting big tech rule your life. This is a massive problem for young people. Unplug! - Delete All Apps. Most apps are invasive junk you can do without. Social media is depressing and mostly useless. Get rid of all of them but those you just have to have for utility reasons and even then use them as little as possible. Take back your life! (Probably this deserves its own item but never allow any young person near weed; that stuff drains the human person of all ambition. It’s a disaster.) - Get a Religion. Why do you think so many people went for the Covid poppycock and then glommed on Ukraine and then became fanatics for trans rights and so on? It’s because their lives lack meaning. They do not carry around in their psyche and brains a story of struggle and salvation that grants life purpose. Believing in nothing, they believe in anything. Religion, even leaving aside truth claims, serves the social and psychological purpose of framing up the course of our existence. It is protection against insanity. The routine here is important and so is the belief system. They exist for a reason. Get one and stick with it. - Travel the World. Most Americans don’t own a passport and never leave the country or even state or even hometown. True literacy means also knowing that there are other people in other places and other languages and other ways of living. Experiencing this is part of having a full mind. My deepest apologies if my article here sounds condescending or stupid to you because you know all of this. I promise you that few under the age of thirty years old do know these things. Just look around and you see it. This is a real emergency. It’s not just financial, economic, or even political. Civilization is at stake. It’s going to take all our efforts to save it. And we won’t be able to save the country but we can save our loved ones. Now is the time to start. The effort will consume the rest of our lives.
