Half of these funds ($287,265.50) were placed in the SCWA Foundation - US Veterans Scholarship Fund. This year the fund will provide 19 Camp Woodie scholarships for children or grandchildren of United States Veterans. As the fund grows with this year’s raffle we look forward to endowing additional scholarships for the children and grandchildren of US Veterans. The other half of the funds ($287,265.50) raised in 2023 were used to help purchase 140 acres of adjoining land next to the SCWA Wildlife Education Center.
