GDPR Day is nearly upon us. The Pagely team has been working hard to address this new regulation for ourselves and our customers, and we're happy to say we have completed putting all of the pieces together to be able to adhere to the GDPR. What We've Done to Prepare for GDPR: - As a US based organization, Pagely has joined the EU/US (and Swiss) Privacy Shields showing our commitment to European privacy laws. - Updated our [Privacy Policies for customers]( and released a full [privacy transparency report](. - Written a Data Privacy Agreement available to all customers who need to document how we handle their sites’ data. - Prepared Data Transparency Reports for all Pagely customers who would like specifics on how we may handle their sites’ data. Pagely is a host that respects our customers’ privacy and our customers’ customers’ privacy. What GDPR has codified as law is not all too much to ask from any respectable company, and we're happy to see it regulated. Privacy is awesome!
