In his nightly address Thursday, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said 4.5 million people were [without power](. “The very fact that Russia is resorting to energy terrorism shows the weakness of our enemy,” Zelenskyy said. Ten other people were injured in the attack, and one of Khan’s supporters was killed. Police identified the gunman as Faisal Butt and released a video of the suspect allegedly confessing and saying he acted alone.
